I had a lovely and peaceful stay at this onsen hotel. The staff were incredibly hospitable and went out of their way to ensure we had a great experience, even accommodating us for a late arrival. The food was delicious, although I preferred dining in the restaurant rather than in our room. The location was quiet, perfect for a getaway, but I did find the shared private bath a bit crowded at times. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience, but it would have been nicer if there were more open air onsen options.

Staying at this ryokan was truly a unique experience, almost like stepping back in time while enjoying modern comforts. The atmosphere was cozy and relaxing, and the food was a standout. However, the thin walls made it hard to ignore the noise from other guests, and the bed I slept on could definitely use an upgrade. Overall, it was a delightful stay with excellent dining options and helpful service.

The staff truly impressed me with their exceptional service, helping us book restaurants and make the most of our onsen experience. The dining was enjoyable, though there might be better options outside. Overall, it’s a cozy retreat, but it lacks an open-air onsen, which would have added to the experience.
